RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and procedures regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN PERIOD)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, customers residing within the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the package to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY & HYGIENE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of kitchenware and food-contact utensils (food tongs, cutting boards, measuring spoons), strict health and safety standards apply.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

Unused Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition suitable for resale.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with all labels, tags, and protective wraps intact.
Non-Returnable Exceptions:
- Items showing signs of use, washing, food residue, or knife marks (for cutting boards) cannot be accepted due to hygiene regulations.
- Custom-engraved or personalized kitchen utensils are non-returnable unless defective.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Submit Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number, product name(s), and the reason for the return.
Return Approval: Upon approval, we will send you detailed return instructions and the authorized shipping destination address.
Pack & Ship: Securely package the product(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Send the parcel back using a trackable shipping provider.

Please note: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Returns (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for paying all direct return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, JW CONSTRUCT INTERIEUR will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Tracking Recommended: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without proof of carrier delivery.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your kitchenware arrives damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect:

Provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged/defective product, and photos of the outer packaging and shipping label.
Upon review, we will promptly arrange a free replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Inspection: Once your return is delivered to our facility, it will be inspected for compliance with our hygiene and condition standards. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original Shipping Charges: Standard original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return was necessitated by our error (defective or wrong item sent).

7. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you wish to exchange a product for another item (e.g., a different size cutting board or different style measuring spoons), please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order on our website.
