SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JW CONSTRUCT INTERIEUR (accessible via https://0sv54b-11.myshopify.com/). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for our kitchen accessories, including food tongs, small cutting boards, and measuring spoons.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Belgian public holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CET - Central European Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or carrier delays, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email at [email protected].

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.

Note: Delivery times are estimates starting from the dispatch date, not the order placement date. External factors such as carrier delays or customs procedures may affect delivery times.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking details will update within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s status via the carrier portal.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

European Union (EU) Orders: All orders shipped within Belgium and to other EU countries include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax). No additional customs duties apply within the EU single market.
Non-EU Orders: JW CONSTRUCT INTERIEUR is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in non-EU countries. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please carefully verify your delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to our facility as "Undeliverable", "Refused", or due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees incurred.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We take great care in packaging all products, especially wooden cutting boards and stainless steel/brass utensils, to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order with damaged packaging or damaged contents, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please retain all packaging materials for claim review.
Lost Parcels: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it cannot be located, contact our support team so we can open an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
